Food Production Manager / Catering Supervisor / Chef De Partie – Angolan Nationals only. Express Support Services is the leading catering and support services provider to the Hydrocarbons industry in Angola. Operating from 3 logistics platforms in Luanda, Soyo and Malongo (Cabinda), we provide catering and support services to over 10,000 personnel in many locations both onshore and offshore. Information for Candidates: · The positions on offer are for Angolan Nationals only; · A variety of work rotations are available and individual arrangements will be advised; · Whilst on duty in Soyo and Malongo (Cabinda) and Offshore, accommodation, meals and uniforms are provided; · When not on duty (except 5/2 rotations) flights will be supplied to the domestic airport closest to the incumbent’s home where a commercial airline service operates; The facilities and accommodation whilst on duty are varied and are typical oil and construction camp facilities which includes sharing accommodation and facilities; There are some stringent medical requirements such as a Yellow Fever vaccination – you will be responsible for this; All candidates must have a comprehensive medical check prior to first assignment and bi-annually; We have great opportunities for Angolan Nationals who are experienced and qualified Food Production Managers, Catering Supervisors, and Chef De Parties. Ideal candidates will have an industrial catering background, excellent cooking and training skills, with a passion for producing high quality international dishes to our client’s expectations. A proven track record of developing menus within a tight budget and the ability to manage and train the workforce is a must. These roles are for Angolan Nationals only.
