The Brickworks is opening in July 2015 as part of our Two for One brand which will also include our new exciting Pizza Kitchen. The Ideal Candidate

As a skilful and talented chef, with an eye for presentation and a perfectionist for class you’ll know all there is to know about food preparation and portion control. Working within a busy kitchen supporting the Head Chef you must ensure that all equipment is maintained, cleaned and working correctly at all times. You’ll be responsible for reporting on any malfunctions or hazards and complete Risk Assessment as instructed by the Management team. To have a sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene is also crucial to be successful in this role.
