Job Summary

Have full knowledge of all menu items i.e. commodities used, method or preparation and cooking. Maintain knowledge and safe use of al equipment and machinery in the kitchen. Ensure mis en place is ready in good time. Maintain close liaison with the food & beverage services associates to ensure breakfast is always fully stocked and presented to the highest standard.
