Toby Carvery Aldenham Located just off the M1 at junction 5 near Watford, the Toby Carvery Aldenham is a high volume Carvery in a triple A location situated next to a large Hilton Hotel. This business was fully refurbished last year, has a good pub trade as well with a high calibre GM and KM to help develop the right candidiate. A perfect role for second chefs who want to learn, drive business and get all the experience they require to climb up the career ladder with Toby Carvery. The successful applicant will have a passion for team development and excellence. Non-carvery applicants with the correct mindset are welcomed. Demonstrating a desire for delivering brand standards to a high quality and be passionate to drive, develop and coach the current team. Must be a team player with a hands on approach to lead from the front with attitude to detail. A perfect step into management for a high calibre chef, or move into volume catering for a Kitchen Manager looking to join Toby Carvery. Who are you? As Kitchen Manager, you will be fully accountable for the safe and profitable operation of a busy kitchen. You will need to: * Have a proven track record of managing a team in a high volume kitchen, ideally in a branded environment * Be a hands-on, inspirational leader who enjoys driving sales and profit * Be passionate about delivering exceptional cleanliness and standards * Be willing to learn our IT systems and be involved in business controls * Take a pro-active approach to developing the next generation of Kitchen Managers through our internal development programme.
