We are looking for an experienced Head Chef with genuine passion and flare for high quality food. The successful applicant will be committed to developing & motivating the team to deliver excellent standards and must be dedicated to driving consistent brand standards and inspiring their team to develop & succeed. This will be a high volume site so the Head chef must have at least 2 years experience in high volume operation. This is a new opening so experience in new openings is an advantage.
